Shipping Policy

We ship with USPS United States Postal service. All the cap/hat is packed with a box case. We will process your order within 1 business day. Please make sure you have a correct shipping address before you place an order. If you need to change the address please contact us ASAP.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend that customers contact us immediately before you would like to return, replacement or exchange for item(s) purchased from our store. We can help you to provide return shipping label.

Item(s) purchased from our store must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

 

To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
